The Waldorf Restaurant is now open daily for lunch and dinner. Our menu focuses on the authentic and adventurous flavours of Latin America and Spain. Ingredients support the local artisans, sustainable fishermen, ranchers and farmers of our region.

Starters

Pan Tomaca — $9
Grilled garlic and tomato bread with Serrano ham and Manchego cheese.*

Queso Fundido — $8
Melted Oaxaca cheese with chorizo, poblano pepper and corn tortillas.*

Soups

Charred Tomato and Tortilla Soup — $ 7
with guajillo, pasilla and ancho chillis.* (v)

Classic and heritage car show

This display of 75 to 100 Classic and heritage cars will take place from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Saturday September 4th, 2010 in the Gastown district of Vancouver. Water Street will be closed off for the day and cars will be displayed from the Gassy Jack statue all the way to Granville Square.

There will be judging of the vehicles with awards for ten categories of which “Most Elegant Pre War Car , “Most Elegant Post War Car”, “Chairman’s Award for Elegance & Style” and “Best Presented Motorcycle” .
