Eli’s Serious Street Eats
Since invented as a tasty way of preserving meat, mankind been enjoying sausage for the last 1000 years. Sometime in the last century however North Americans have lost their sausage roots.
Factory produced sausages with filler and preservatives have become the norm and Eli Raber is on a mission to change this – one sausage at a time, with his Serious Sausage stand.
Eli’s Serious Sausages are each handmade from BC pork and contain no filler, no preservatives, no bullshit. Real sausages, made the way sausages were meant to be made. And it shows in the taste!
You can find his stand at the corner of Beatty Street as well as at Dunsmuir outside of the Stadium Chinatown on Monday to Friday 11:30 – 6 and at farmers markets on weekends.
